At Enders Racing our products are innovative, competitive and on time. To provide products in this manner we control all aspects of the design, production and testing in house.
There are many steps involved in preparing a competitive racing engine. Orchestrating these steps properly is crucial to the outcome of the project. We start with a design process that utilizes computer technology, customer input and our large database of information. All performance parts are then verified and qualified. The next step is to modify the parts. This is carried out using industry specific tools and a very strict set of procedures that ensure complete accuracy. Engine assembly requires the utmost attention to detail. Meticulous records are kept on every aspect of this process. The engine then moves to testing where performance standards are verified on the dynamometer.

| Engine custom design begins with a customer conference. During this meeting characteristics of the prospective racetracks are identified along with driver preferences. This information is used to customize the power curve for each engine. | | Computer Modeling | |

| Disassembly & Cleaning area | | Block preparation involves establishing or correcting critical dimensions and generating the precise bore finishes required by this level of competition. | |

| Flowbench | | Cylinder head preparation, whether performing competition valve jobs on CNC machined heads or custom modifying ports and runners, is carried out on industry standard equipment. CFM flow parameters are then verified on a computerized flow bench. | |

| Actual design begins with the camshaft. Cams are selected either from proprietary designs at major cam suppliers or custom designed in house. Regardless of the cam's source,all camshafts are checked for key specifications using state of the art analysis equipment. | | Engines are assembled in an enclosed assembly room that is maintained under positive atmospheric pressure in order to ensure absolute cleanliness. Dimensions and clearances are checked and recorded for every important characteristic. | |

| Next is the dyno test cell, a fully instrumented facility with a computerized data acquisition system where, to date, over 10,000 tests have been conducted. The engine is first put through a break-in run sequence. Then fuel curves are established and finally performance factors are verified. | | This is where the tour ends. Celebrating in victory lane.
